Subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, once the insurance contract has been purchased, no refund of the premium shall be made by the insurer or insurance underwriter under any circumstances. This includes situations where no claims have been made, as costs and expenses are immediately incurred upon placement of the insurance coverage, including but not limited to ASH Consultancy’s commission, fees, and administrative charges.
